The exterior of the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site in the town of Baddeck in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia shows the modernized structure of the building. In 1847, a genius by the name of Alexander Graham Bell was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, passing away in 1922 after a life long history of a long list of amazing discoveries.
This complex is situated on 25 acres of park overlooking the Bras d'Or Lakes and inside there are three exhibit halls with the largest collection of Alexander Graham Bell's artifacts and inventions. The genius of this man and his compassion touched millions of people and at the Alexander Graham Bell building, visitors can enjoy the hands on activities available.
Open from June through to the middle of October, this building in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia takes people back in time and allows them to see the inventions of a genius which have enhanced our way of life through communication and a variety of miracles.
