A small ancient fishing town known as Brigus, tucks itself away along the coastline of the Avalon Peninsula in Newfoundland, Canada. The town was discovered in the 1700's and narrow roads wind their way around the historic buildings and the small quaint shops.

Cod fishing was the main source of survival for the residents for many years but now, the fishermen make their living catching crab and scallops. The lifestyle in this town is very laid back and people find the quietness a luxury that they would never give up.
