Confederation Bridge PEI


A very well used crossing between PEI and New Brunswick, Canada is the Confederation Bridge.

The water of the Northumberland Strait swirls around the concrete columns that hold up the nine mile long Confederation Bridge between PEI and New Brunswick. There are about sixty-two concrete columns in place on the entire length of the bridge which took close to four years to complete.
