Eggs Benedict Recipe Variations

There are many variations to the Eggs Benedict recipe and this one prepared at the Rifflin'Hitch Lodge in Southern Labrador has salmon slices instead of ham.

Traditional Eggs Benedict are usually made from a recipe that uses ham, but this recipe has been varied by the gourmet chef at the Rifflin'Hitch Lodge in Southern Labrador. Many variations apply to Eggs Benedict, but this one served to guests at the Rifflin'Hitch Lodge has salmon slices on top of a muffin, then the egg and topped off with hollandaise sauce and greenery for decoration. Fish filets are served instead of hash browns which turns this breakfast into a gourmet meal, not just a traditional breakfast.
