The second floor balcony has lamps which rise from the balustrades with stone panels resembling the Union Jack just below the railings.
The third floor is held up by columns which are copies of the caryatides found in the Porch of Maidens in the Erechtheum of Athens, Greece. The sunlight glistens through the beauty of the fine designed roof which reflects off the pastel colors decorating the surrounding architecture of the roof.
