The vineyard at the Domaine de Grand Pre along the Evangeline Trail in the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia is delicately taken care off to produce some of the best grapes for the wines. Each grape bunch is closely watched and when ripened, they are taken from the vineyard to the factory and the process begins to create some of Nova Scotia's finest wines.
