The well kept gardens and exterior of the heritage home where Lucy Maud Montgomery resided when she was young in Queens, Prince Edward Island.

Green and white colors adorn the exterior of this heritage house that was home to Lucy Maud Montgomery, writer of Anne of Green Gables, when she was a little girl. Her home and the surrounding grounds with blossoming flowers, gave Lucy the perfect setting for her book. This heritage home has been restored since the earlier years and is open to the public to tour through while in Queens, Prince Edward Island.
