A rustic fence surrounds a patch of landscape which has been dug up in preparation for a garden at the end of the peninsula in the town of L'Anse aux Meadows in Newfoundland, Canada. Across the rest of the coastal shores, tall green grass flourishes along the coastline with a picturesque backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, jagged rocks, scattered islands and the brilliance of the sunset hues.
At low tide, the rocks along the coastline become visible adding to the beauty of the area until the tide reverses when they dip below the surface of the ocean.
