The town of L'Anse aux Meadows in Newfoundland sits along the coastline of Newfoundland Labrador and driving into town you will pass by a few buildings. The farther you go, the more buildings appear until eventually you are in the center of L'Anse aux Meadows where the remains of this Norse village are located. At sunset, thin clouds of pinkish hues form above the town as they create their own unique formations.
