A piece of driftwood rests along the sandy beach at Katherine Cove in Lake Superior Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada. A quiet beach in one area, large rocks decorating the shore farther along which are towered over by the forest trees, are all part of the natural beauty which makes up the serenity of Katherine Cove.
The driftwood makes an ideal backrest while sitting on the beach watching and listening to the movement of Lake Superior. While visiting the park, be sure to take a couple of hours to stop at Katherine Cove for some beach exploring or relaxation.
