A lazy Polar Bear spends a few hours resting on the rocks in the Churchill Wildlife Management Area in Churchill, Manitoba in Canada.

Before the Hudson Bay in Churchill, Manitoba freezes over, a Polar Bear is still in the lazy mode after conserving his energy during the summer months. Once a Polar Bear gets a few good meals of ringed seal into him, his energy level increases immensely as he bulks up for the warmer months that will follow.
