A large fountain breaks the silence in the Queen Elizabeth II Court on the exterior of the City Hall building in the city of Regina, Saskatchewan as the rounded "I Love Regina" sign decorates the centre of the garden.

Beautiful red flowers blossom around the base of the "I Love Regina" sign which stands near the fountain outside the City Hall building in Queen Elizabeth II Court in Regina, Saskatchewan. This building is the fourth one over the years having housed the City Hall in the city of Regina which opened in December, 1976 and stands 16 stories high.

The sign outside in the Queen Elizabeth II Court, shows visitors to Regina how proud the people of the city are of their home. A beautiful place to relax on a warm summer day as the flowers bloom and the water from the fountain trickles into the pool below.
