Artwork is something in which anyone can create along a beach, like the one in this picture along the sandy beach of the Pinware River in Southern Labrador where driftwood and mussel shells were used. On either end of the piece of driftwood, a pinwheel design using mussel shells creates this display of artwork.
The sand rises in small crests behind the artwork, until it reaches the water's edge where everything is then washed up with the water.
