When the water in the Sand River in Lake Superior Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada reaches this point of its journey, a large waterfall cascades over the cliffs creating various tiers along the river. Autumn is a spectacular time of year to follow the trails through the park as smaller waterfalls are found along the width of the Sand River in a variety of places as the forest trees along the banks display an array of colour.
