In the midst of the fog, the tide is at its lowest which leaves many of the fishing boats in Halls Harbour in the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia stranded. When the tide changes and begins to fill the harbour, the boats tied up to the wharf are free to head out on their daily activities.
