The Mar is one of the tall ships which is part of the fleet that docks in the Halifax Harbour in Nova Scotia, Canada. The Mar was built in 1959 and was used in a documentary but was later sold in 1982 for a business that was created in Halifax, where it remains today for tours and charters. In the backdrop, the tall buildings make up the downtown area which is situated very close to the harbour and within an easy walking distance.
