A historic lighthouse sits on the shoreline in the town of Walton, Nova Scotia surrounded by a flower garden of a mixture of colors.

A lighthouse that was built in 1873, still marks its presence along the coastline in the town of Walton in Nova Scotia, Canada. The Walton Lighthouse aided ships into the port of Walton for many years until the shipping industry declined in the 1970's and now the lighthouse is a heritage landmark of Nova Scotia.
