Ancient Whaling Boat Red Bay

An ancient boat known as a Chalupa was used for whaling in past years and now is on display at a Red Bay National Historic Site in Southern Labrador, Canada.

Whaling was once the way of life and a boat or Chalupa was used by the Native Indians to hunt these great sea mammals off the Southern Labrador coast in Labrador, Canada.
