Visitors to the City of Regina in Saskatchewan, Canada will not miss the "I Love Regina" sign which has been placed in the garden at the Queen Elizabeth II Court near City Hall and the picturesque fountain. As the red flowers blossom around the base of the sign, the water in the fountain trickles in the background as the City Hall building towers above the region.
The local residents of the City of Regina are extremely proud of their place of residency and the garden is a prime example of this. The sign highlights this picture but the backdrop is very prominent as the 16 storeys which make up city hall towers over the crystal clear water in the fountain.
