A great place to spend an evening or two (or more) is the St Mary's Riverside Campground in the town of Sherbrooke in Nova Scotia, Canada. From the shores of the river, visitors can watch a surreal show of nature at sunset as the sun slides towards the horizon and lights the clouds from beneath while casting reflections of the scene on the still water's surface.
The lush green grass along the river edge provides a distinct contrast to the bright orange glint of the sunset skipping across the smooth water surface which gathers reflections and a mix of colour from the threatening clouds above.
