Weathervane Newfoundland

A weathervane is a very important feature for many of the locals in the town of Conche, Newfoundland so that they can tell which way the wind is blowing.

A weathervane makes the world of difference to the many fisherman that leave the harbour of Conche, Newfoundland on a daily basis. Depending on which way the weathervane is pointing and which way the wind is blowing can make a world of difference to the day of fishing that lies ahead. The boat is an added attraction which aids in the balance of how the weathervane operates so that it is precise in its directions.
